In 2019, Breeding Insight added six U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) breeding programs: alfalfa, blueberry, salmonids (NA salmon, trout), sweetpotato, and grape.
All species and programs included in Breeding Insight are nominated and approved by the USDA-ARS Office of National Programs.
